Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

At Early Steps Therapy, Inc., we believe every child deserves the chance to be heard. We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and feeding/swallowing difficulties

• Create individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress

• Deliver therapy sessions that feel engaging, supportive, and fun

• Train families in practical home strategies (HEPs)

• Track progress, prepare documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Florida state license (or license-eligible)

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for helping children and families

• Bonus: pediatric or clinical experience (new grads with heart and enthusiasm encouraged to apply!)

Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)

Movement is freedom. We’re seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide therapy services to children with developmental and movement challenges.

Your skills will help children take their first steps, improve strength and coordination, and achieve milestones that change their lives — and their families’.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

• Guide children through therapy sessions that build strength and mobility

• Train families with fun home programs to keep progress going

• Document progress and secure necessary authorizations

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary pediatric team

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Florida PT license (or eligibility)

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for pediatrics

• Bonus: pediatric experience preferred (new grads with a heart for children are welcome!)

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

At Early Steps Therapy, Inc., we help children with developmental, physical, emotional, and sensory challenges reach their fullest potential. We are seeking an enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven team.

You’ll use your creativity and problem-solving skills to design activities that help children play, grow, and thrive — while supporting families every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate functional abilities and design individualized plans

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions that feel like play

• Train families and caregivers with practical strategies

• Recommend equipment or modifications as needed

• Collaborate closely with a team of therapists and nurses

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT recognized)

• Florida OT license (or eligibility)

• CPR/First Aid certification

• Patience, creativity, and love for working with children

• Bonus: pediatric or clinical experience (but motivated new grads are encouraged to apply!)
